“AI doesn’t replace people. People who use AI replace people who don’t.”
― Andrew Ng

You learned how to crawl.
You learned how to walk.
You learned how to talk, read, and write.
You learned how to ride a bike.
You learned how to use a keyboard and mouse.
You learned how to drive.
You learned how to study, take notes, and memorize facts.
You learned how to give a speech and use PowerPoint.
You learned how to crunch numbers in Excel.
You learned how to do a million different things. You’re now an expert in perhaps thousands of skills, some trivial and some quite complicated.
And how did you become an expert? By doing the thing. And doing it again. And again. And again repeatedly until you mastered the skill.
Then once again technology changed around you. Now you need to learn new skills. You need to become an expert in new areas.
How will you achieve expertise this time?
You’ll master the new skill just like you mastered walking as a toddler. You’ll try, fail, learn, try again. You’ll learn and adapt. You’ll do it again and again until you get past muscle memory into second nature.
You’re ready. You’re capable. Now go do it.
